After Široki Brijeg, Bihać and Livno, DVV International - Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina organised the basic adult education training in Vitez as well, from 20th to 22nd of November in cooperation with Ministry of education, science, culture and sport of Central Bosnia Canton.
The overall aim of the training is to increase existing and to provide new knowledge for participants regarding psychological basics, characteristics and learning styles, didactic-methodical settings of learning and teaching, means of work with adults and possibilities for application of specific methods and working types in everyday work in adult education.
Trainers Dr.sc. Perica Ivanek and Svjetlana Tubić, prof. have offered necessary knowledge and skills to the participants from five thematic categories:
- Adult learning - psychological basis, characteristics and learning styles;
- Communication and interaction in adult education;
- Visualization and presentation in educational work with adults;
- Interactive methods in adult education; and
- Interactive teaching, group dynamics and educational group management.
Assistent Minister for education and science of Ministry of education, science, culture and sport of Central Bosnia Canton, Mr. Zoran Matošević and representatives of DVV International - Country Office B&H, director Dr.sc. Emir Avdagić and project assistant Emina Herić have also attended the training and supported its implementation.
This is the year's fourth basic adult education training that DVV International - Country Office B&H have organised in cooperation with a relevant ministry of education, which is in accordance and as a result of the obligation of annual andragogical specialization prescribed by the adopted laws on adult education.
