Project „Empowered Women - Active on the Labor Market“ was implemented in 2017 by partner organization Amica Educa Tuzla in cooperation with DVV International - Country Office B&H. The project has been created to decrease the number of unemployed women in order to improve gender equality in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In addition to that, one of the project goals was also to increase the competitiveness of women on the labor market and their opportunities for self-employment through the inclusion of these women in the process of lifelong learning and active participation in the highly computerized society.
During six months of the implementation, the training has included three types of activities:
- implementation of a training “Digital literacy”,
- implementation of a psycho education “Personal skills”,
- implementation of a business education “Business skills”.
The training has included 72 hours of classes, and the certificate conferral was organised on Tuesday, 12.12.2017, for 11 participants who have successfully finished all three types of activities.
Certificates of attendance were granted by director of Amica Educa Tuzla, Ms. Selma Aličić, project coordinator, Ms. Selma Mustačević, and representative of DVV International - Country Office B&H, Ms. Emina Herić.
The training was implemented with the financial support of Federal Ministry for International Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
