Conferral of publicly recognised qualification certificates and certificates of attendance for participants who have successfully completed the qualification programme called „Geodetic operator“ took place yesterday in Sarajevo. This event was organised by Public secondary School of Civil Engineering and Geodesy and DVV International - Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The certificates were awarded by the school headmaster, Mr Hajrudin Ramović and project assistant of DVV International - Country Office B&H, Ms Emina Herić. Mr Alija Grabovica, professional adviser in Ministry of education, science and youth of Sarajevo Canton also attended the ceremony.
“Geodesy operator” training programme was developed in accordance with the needs identified on the labour market, since there is a lack of qualified workers in the field of geodesy and civil engineering. The fact that two participants have already found an employment, where the knowledge and skills acquired during this training are going to be very useful, also adds value to this project, implemented with support of DVV International - Country Office B&H.
