Meeting of the organizers of Adult Education in the premises of the Sarajevo Canton Chamber of Commerce

In the middle of last week, the Sarajevo Canton Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with DVV International – Country Office in BiH, organized a meeting of Adult Education organizers in the Sarajevo Canton. The goal of the meeting was a joint dialogue themed on future activities in the direction of stronger public awareness of lifelong learning and adult education, and the positioning of adult education as a separate and full-fledged education system.

The meeting was held in the Chamber's premises, and the meeting was attended by representatives of:

- PI Secondary School of Medicine – Jezero,

Considering the large response of Adult Education organizers, we can say that common needs and goals unite all organizers. The very intention of gathering in one place all those who encounter various challenges and barriers in their work, but also all those who can share examples of good practice, gave birth to a constructive dialogue. It was agreed to form a working body that will work in the coming period to unify initiatives to solve certain obstacles and challenges in the work of Adult Education organizers, as well as to define measures that will improve and speed up the implementation of certain activities when it comes to adult education in Sarajevo Canton.
