After very successful trainings in Zenica-Doboj Canton, Tuzla Canton and Sarajevo Canton, the training „Management in Education“ will be organised this year in cooperation with the Ministry of education, science, culture and sport of Una-Sana Canton.
The training is dedicated to the directors of public and private adult education institutions/ organisations from the area of Una-Sana Canton and includes three two-day modules and an individual work.
First module was held on 29th and 30th of March in Bihać and opened by the Minister of education, science, culture and sport of this canton, Mr Muhamed Ramić who thanked DVV International for the opportunity and wished the participants a lot of success in the training.
With the support of training implementers Prof Dr Šefika Alibabić and Doc Dr Jovan Miljković, from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, the participants worked on the following topics: functions and models of management, SWOT analysis, strategic management, culture and climate in educational organisations and analysis on indicators of organisational culture and climate.
Second module of the training will be organised on 16th and 17th of April 2018 in Bihać.
