In line with constant technological innovations, improving and updating digital skills is necessary to respond to everyday business challenges more efficiently and productively. Digitalization also means the demand for employees with a higher level of digital skills such as information, media and online literacy. It is essential to mention the importance of social networks and their links with marketing, for which you need to have the skills and creativity to achieve the best results.
Training on Social Media and Online Content Management included curriculum development, program accreditation, and registration of CEI "Nahla", a branch of Bihać as a center for adult education. The program included 140 hours, and the main goal of the project was to increase the competitiveness of women in the labor market and create additional opportunities for employment and self-employment in Una-Sana Canton.
The specific objectives of the project:
TARGET GROUP: 14 long-term unemployed women from the Una-Sana Canton who have completed minimum secondary education.
PROJECT DURATION: March - October 2021.
