With the aim of professional development of teachers in the field of adult education, DVV International - Country Office B&H, in cooperation with Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Una-Sana Canton, organised a basic adult education training in Bihać from 28th to 30th of August for teaching personnel from this canton.
Topics covered with this three-day training were: psychological basics, characteristics and learning styles of adults, motivation and barriers in adult learning, the teacher's role, communication, group dynamics, visualization and presentation in educational work, group work, individual work, interactive methods and interactive teaching in adult education.
Until the end of 2017, DVV International will support two additional trainings for teachers of adults from Central Bosnia Canton and Canton 10.
