Adult education in Bosnia and Herzegovina has its roots in the tradition of workers' universities, which were once gathering places for workers, spaces for acquiring new knowledge, and building social cohesion. Today, in an era of rapid changes, technological advancement, and a dynamic labor market, adult education remains a key tool for adaptation and development – both for individuals and society as a whole. Knowledge is not a luxury but a fundamental prerequisite for a dignified life.
