The new cycle of Basic Adult Education training in Sarajevo Canton started at the beginning of October. This cycle was realized by DVV International – Country Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the Institution for adult education "New occupations". Through five thematically related modules, the participants were accompanied by our eminent trainers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
Supervision - the V training module is designed to summarize the knowledge of the previous four modules, where participants have the opportunity to demonstratively demonstrate what they have learned through presentations on selected topics. The participants prepared the selected topics in pairs and had a block of 90 minutes at their disposal. The supervisors, in charge of monitoring and evaluating the demonstrated skills, were respected professors Šefika Alibabić from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and Amina Isanović Hadžiomerović from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo.
Divided into 6 trainers pairs, the participants covered the following andragogical topics:
• Motives and barriers in adult learning
• Conflict resolution in the educational group
• Stereotypes and prejudices as a factor in the participation of adults in the educational process.
• Types of activities in interactive teaching
• Integration of interactive methods in adult education
• Evaluation of the teaching process in adult education
Certificates of participation together with the program were ceremoniously handed over to the participants by the director of DVV International - Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dženita Džano, while publicly valid certificates will be issued to the participants by the Institution for Adult Education "New Occupations", authorized by the Ministry of Education of the Sarajevo Canton .
