Following the successful completion of the Basic Adult Education training's first module, which marked the beginning of a new cycle, the continuation was carried out through the second module. The training program is designed in such a way that the thematic units build upon each other. After the introduction and foundation laid by Amina Isanović Hadžiomerović Ph.D., the participants continued their development. Guiding them through this process of development in the second module was the trainer Perica Ivanek Ph.D.
This module encompasses two fundamental, functionally linked sets of competencies – communication competencies and competencies for managing an educational group. It aims to equip participants with the skills for dynamic, interactive, and constructive interpersonal communication, to effectively achieve educational and professional outcomes.
