With the aim of increasing the competitiveness of long-term unemployed women aged 30-45 years on the labor market as well as their opportunities for self-employment, partner organization „Amica Educa“ from Tuzla is implementing a project „Empowered Women - active on the labor market“ with support of DVV International - Country Office B&H.
The training for 12 participants has started in the first week of August, containing three different activities. Until now, the participants have participated in the:
- First module of the program „Personal skills“, focused on self-confidence development,
- First module of the program „Business skills“, aimed at identification of skills, competencies, writing a summary and a motivational letter, and
- First module of the program „Digital literacy“, through which the participants have learnt about basics of a computer usage and basics of Windows operating systems.
In the following period, the participants will develop their communication skills with special focus on the way of introduction while having a job interview, identificate business ideas to be developed, and learn about the usage of the necessary Windows operating systems' programs.
