Association for Local Development Initiatives „ALDI“ Goražde, on Monday, 20th of May, organised the ceremony of signing the Memorandum on Cooperation between stakeholders on improving the network of governmental and non-governmental actors in the field of adult education. Besides the hosting association, the signatories of the Memorandum were also the Ministry of Education, Youth, Science, Culture and Sport of Bosnia-Podrinje Canton Goražde, City of Goražde, PI Employment Office of BPC Goražde, PI Secondary Vocational School „Džemal Bijedić“ Goražde, Chamber of Economy of BPC Goražde, Chamber of Crafts of BPC Canton, and Association of Employers of BPC Goražde.
This Memorandum was signed within the project „Strengthening the network of governmental and non-governmental actors in the field of adult education“, which has been implemented by the Association „ALDI“ with financial and advisory support of DVV International - Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through such activities, DVV International continues the application of an overall approach to education, by involving the civil society, so everyone together could more effectively contribute to the economic, political and social development.
Main objective of the project is to establish efficient manners of participation of relevant actors in the process of developing adult education system, as well as, to harmonise the mission and objectives of public, private and civil sector. Some of the project results are also related to the establishment of a mechanism of continuous and sustainable cooperation of the partnership members (the network), and improvement of capacities of all signatories and members of the partnership.
