In a short period of time, DVV International, in cooperation with the Institution for Adult Education "New Occupations", realized four out of five modules of Basic Adult Education training in Sarajevo Canton. The penultimate step in this cycle of knowledge acquisition for training participants was precisely the fourth module - Interactive methods of adult education. Realizers of numerous interesting and above all educational contents were a coaching couple with many years of experience, prof. Ph.D. Perica Ivanek and Svjetlana Tubić. During the two days of this module, participants had the opportunity to learn many new things from the field of interactive teaching. Like the previous modules, the fourth module also includes eight thematic units that interpenetrate each other, but also rely on previously acquired knowledge:
• Interactive teaching - goals, prerequisites and application criteria
• Methods of group work - types and choice
• Work in small groups - method, conditions and rules of application
• Teaching in interactive teaching - role play and drama techniques in interactive teaching
• Demonstrations and simulations in interactive teaching
• Application of individualization methods in andragogic work with heterogeneous groups
• Workshops - types, selection and method of organization
• Methods of independent and self-organized learning
What awaits us as the crown of our success so far is the fifth module - supervision. The supervision is intended as an opportunity for participants to summarize and translate previously acquired knowledge from the four modules into their presentations in pairs, as the trainers of this module did in a practical example. The supervisors of our participants will be Assoc. Ph.D. Amina Isanović and Prof. dr. Šefika Alibabić. The date of the supervision is scheduled for December 6 and 7.
