We continue strengthening the andragogical competencies of teaching staff in Una-Sana Canton
Last week we began a new cycle of five modules of the Basic Adult Education Training for 24 more teachers from this canton. Partner in the training implementation is the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Una-Sana Canton.
As foreseen within this publicly recognized program of development, the topic of the first introductory module is psychological basics, characteristics and learning styles of adults. In the following three modules, the participants will also have an opportunity to improve the existing and gain new knowledge and skills on communication, group dynamics, visualization and presentation, and interactive methods in teaching adults.
The program includes 120 teaching hours with four modules of interactive training, 30 hours of research work and 30 hours of supervision, after which the participants are eligible to receive a publicly valid certificate on andragogical development issued by the Ministry of Education.
