As part of the project “Women’s Rights Ambassadors for Empowerment and Change in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” funded by the European Union, we are seeking a motivated individual or agency for the position of Social Media Associate. This person or agency will be responsible for the creative development of social campaigns and programs and will provide expertise in the field of social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of creative social campaigns;
- Creation and management of content on social media platforms;
- Analysis and reporting on campaign performance;
- Monitoring trends and innovations in social media;
- Collaboration with the team on strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
Requirements:
- Creativity and the ability to create engaging content;
- Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools;
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively;
- The individual/agency should understand the topic of women’s rights;
- Commitment and creativity in project approach.
Duration of engagement: October 2024 - July 2026
