Public call: Project Manager - EU Project Implementation

DVV International – Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina is seeking a motivated and skilled individual for a position on an EU project that started in February 2024 and will last for a total of 30 months. If you are an expert in project management we invite you to join our dynamic team.

Project Title: Women's Rights Ambassadors for Empowerment and Change in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Location: DVV International Country Office in Sarajevo with the possibility of remote work

Contract type: Employment contract - 50% part-time

1. Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

  • planning, organizing, and leading project activities;
  • monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with set objectives;
  • coordinating between various project stakeholders;
  • establishing connections with partners and stakeholders;
  • reporting on project progress;
  • facilitating, organizing, and coordinating events and workshops;
  • creating high-quality documents and reports for analysis;
  • handling all unforeseen tasks arising from project/DVV office needs.

Requirements:

  • completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences;
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in managing EU and/or other international projects;
  • experience in adult education;
  • experience in the field of human rights with a focus on women's rights;
  • excellent communication skills in both native and English language;
  • expertise in project management;
  • ability to make quick decisions and work under deadline pressure;
  • teamwork and collaboration experience with various stakeholders;
  • ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks;
  • mobility and readiness for occasional travel within the country - active driver's license (category B).
