Another cycle of the training "Marketing of Educational Offers" has been completed, organized by DVV International – Country Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina, for participants in the Tuzla Canton. As always, the goal is to strengthen adult education organizers, and one of the best ways to achieve this is by increasing their competitiveness in their field of work.
The training "Marketing of Educational Offers" was highly significant as it enabled participants to familiarize themselves with modern marketing practices, thereby enhancing their knowledge and skills in promoting educational offers. Moreover, encouraging critical thinking about the application of good marketing practices allowed participants to better analyze and adapt their strategies to the specific needs of their organizations.
The training covered eleven thematic units that addressed a broad spectrum of marketing aspects, including market segmentation, brand development, customer relationship management (CRM), integrated marketing communications, and the analysis of best practices in promotion and sales. This comprehensive approach ensured that participants gained a holistic understanding of marketing.
The practical application of the learned concepts was one of the key elements of the training. Participants had the opportunity to work on real challenges faced by their organizations, using the trainer's guidelines and modern marketing techniques, which allowed them to directly apply the acquired knowledge.
The training culminated in the awarding of certificates, marking the end of several days of intensive work. Upon completing the training, adult education organizers became more competitive in the market, with improved abilities for effective promotion and sales of their educational offers.
The training was led by Prof. Dr. Almir Peštek, a professor at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo, ensuring the quality and expertise of the knowledge imparted, which further contributed to its success.
