Through a thorough approach, the working groups are addressing the most pressing challenges in their communities and devising concrete measures to achieve gender equality. The focus is on creating sustainable solutions that will not only improve women's position but also open up opportunities for strengthening their economic, social, and political rights.

The project, funded by the European Union, aims to support local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in developing gender-sensitive policies and instruments, empowering women to be active participants in decision-making processes.

To ensure a successful outcome, the process is guided by meetings of working groups appointed by municipal authorities and relevant experts. The action plans and strategies being developed are not just documents but concrete plans for a better future, with clear goals and measures whose implementation will follow sustainable progress towards equality.
