DVV International has been active in Southeast Europe and Caucasus region since 2000/2002. In order to develop a new regional strategy, it is becoming important to analyse the adult education sector in the four countries and to identify the recent developments and challenges in the field of adult education.
Countries: Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo
Overall Timeframe: 01.10.-30.12.2020 (25 working days)
In the respective country a team of selected international experts and one national expert will work closely together to conduct the activities mentioned in the ToR and prepare the qualitative study.
The national expert will support the selected international experts in:
- Identifying and delivering to the international experts the relevant literature, policy papers, legislation and other sources necessary for conduction of the study
- Identifying relevant literature and documents in national languages to be translated by DVV I office in English language.
- Identifying and contacting relevant governmental and non-governmental stakeholders for the field research
- Writing some parts of the qualitative study
- Other related tasks agreed with the international experts and DVV I office.
All interested candidates should submit the following documents:
- TCV(s) of person(s) to be involved in the assignment in English;
- Examples of previous relevant experience;
- A detailed financial proposal with all expected costs indicating the vat
