The beginning of the week marked the first module of the new cycle within the Basic andragogic training in the Una-Sana Canton, continuing to invest efforts in strengthening the andragogic competencies of the teaching staff.
As part of a partnership with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Una-Sana Canton, a new training cycle has commenced, targeting over 20 educational professionals from across the canton. In front of the ministry, Assistant to Minister for Secondary Education, Adult and Youth Education - Almira Ezić addressed those presentThe theme of the first module focused on the psychological foundations, characteristics, and learning styles of adults. Over the next three months, participants will have the opportunity to expand their competencies in areas such as communication, group dynamics, visualization, presentation, and interactive teaching methods for adults.
As a reminder, the total duration of the program includes 120 teaching hours, comprising four modules of interactive training, 30 hours of individual research work, and 30 hours of supervision. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive a publicly recognized certificate of andragogical competence issued by the competent Ministry.
The trainer for the first module was professor from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade - Šefika Alibabić, while doc. Dr. Perica Ivanek will take the lead for the second module.
