Last week in Neum, DVV International - Country Office B&H organised third module of training „Development and Evaluation of Curricula for Adult Education“, the training which has been implemented by DVV International for two years in a row for representatives of ministries and partner organizations in the areas of the country that have already adopted the Law on Adult Education.

Within the first two modules of the training, the participants have gone through the theoretical and practical context of labor market needs analysis, occupation analysis, development of standards of occupations, curricula based on outcomes, writing outcomes, etc., and the third module is dedicated to the process of finalization of curriculum.

Topics of the third module are quality in adult education, development of evaluation criteria, procedures and modalities of final assessment of competencies, development of andragogical didactic instructions for the implementation of curricula, achieving learning outcomes in education, and development of informative, formative and evaluative part of curriculum.

After this module of the training, participants are encouraged to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in everyday work, and in the autumn 2017 DVV International will organise a follow-up seminar where they can assess quantity and quality of what they have learned.
