The last module of the training „Management in Education“ for directors of primary and secondary schools, and adult education centers from Sarajevo Canton, was held on 22nd and 23rd of May.
During this third module, participants evaluated their management practice by analysing the individual work on the tasks they had done previously, and through the discussion on management skills in the context of quality in education and work efficiency of employees in education. Besides that, they acquired basic knowledge on Total Quality Management concept in education, European models of quality standards and the possibilities of application, management of change in the context of quality, etc.
At the end, the participants were awarded the Certificates of attendance by Mr. Emir Avdagić, PhD, director of DVV International - Country Office B&H, and implementers of the training, Prof.Dr. Šefika Alibabić, and Doc.Dr. Jovan Miljković.
The training was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of education, science and youth of Sarajevo Canton.
