By successfully demonstrating the acquired knowledge and skills before supervisors, the teachers from Bosnian-Podrinje Canton Goražde completed the training program „Basic Adult Education Training“.
DVV International began implementing this program in July 2020 in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Youth, Science, Culture and Sport of BPCG. After more than six months of interactive training and individual work, 23 participants received the publicly recognized certificate on andragogical development.
The supervision was implemented from 23-25 February 2021 in Goražde and represented the last fifth module of the andragogical development.
Demonstration and supervision of andragogical skills included in pairs prepared ninety-minute workshops on selected topics with the skills acquired at the training, after which the participants received feedback from the trainers/supervisors.
Publicly recognized certificates and certificates of attendance were delivered to the participants by the Minister of Education, Mr Arman Bešlija, and the Director of DVV International – Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr Emir Avdagić, PhD.
In 2021, DVV International will continue to strengthen teachers' andragogical capacities in adult education and the opportunity to get a publicly recognized certificate will be given to 48 more teachers from Sarajevo Canton and Brčko District BiH.
