Students of the third year of Department for Pedagogy at Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo visited DVV International - Country Office B&H on 24th of March, as a part of their andragogical practice.
Very successful cooperation of DVV International and Department for Pedagogy lasts for many years. Talking with director of the Office, Emir Avdagić, PhD, students had a chance to learn more about the state of adult education in B&H, the region, and Germany, and to inform themselves about the aims, mission and work of the Institute at the global, regional and national level.
Students gained a deeper insight into the current situation and problems of adult education including legal regulations, financing, implementation of educational activities, etc. in B&H, as well as in other parts of Southeast Europe.
They also received some professional publications from this field as a gift from DVV International - Country Office B&H including the possibility of using its library.
