Earlier this week, we organized a two-day training in Goražde titled "Marketing Educational Offers." Led by Professor dr. Almir Peštek from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Sarajevo, the training provided participants with valuable insights into marketing strategies, with a particular focus on the needs of adult education. The event took place at the facilities of our partner organization, ALDI.
During the training, participants explored the core principles of marketing, starting with market segmentation and target audience selection, and moving on to product and service development aimed at meeting customer needs. Special emphasis was placed on creating value for customers and increasing their satisfaction through innovative educational offerings.
Participants also conducted a detailed analysis of their current and future product and service portfolios. Through discussions on brand development and positioning, they learned how to enhance the visibility and recognition of their educational programs. The training also covered integrated marketing communication, sales planning, and management, with a particular focus on customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
In the final segment, participants examined best practices in marketing and worked on planning and executing online promotional campaigns. The knowledge and skills gained will help them improve their organizational strategies and more effectively market their educational programs, ensuring greater engagement and long-term sustainability.
