DVV International – Country Office Bosnia and Herzegovina in cooperation with the Center for Business Education organised a training „Strengthening Digital Competence“ in November and December for 18 participants. The training aimed to develop and strengthen technical skills necessary for business in the digital age.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, digital competence has become crucial for overcoming crisis, and its importance is going to be even more significant in the future, especially if the pandemic keeps going. It is one of the eight key competences of lifelong learning and is related to a reliable usage of a whole range of digital technologies for information, communication and solving basic problems in various aspects of life.
The training topics were defined based on the most common real needs in different administrative units that had been identified and analysed by using an online questionnaire. Prepared in line with the results of the analysis conducted in June 2021, the training program foresees participants to get introduced and improve their work with the main digital tools. It includes areas related to communication, online cooperation, creating digital content, internet security, problem solving and data management.
