Yesterday, the second and last module – Effective promotion and sales, concluded the Marketing of educational offers training. This training is the result of a partnership between DVV International and the Chamber of Economy of Sarajevo Canton. The participants of the training were employees of organizations dealing with adult education in Sarajevo Canton. The aim of the training was to familiarize with the practice of modern marketing and encourage critical reflection on the possibilities of applying good marketing practices. Within both modules, twelve thematic units are incorporated:
• Marketing as a business philosophy;
• Information support for making business decision;
• Segmentation and selection of the target market;
• Brand development and brand positioning;
• Development of products and services – value creation and customer satisfaction;
• Analysis of the current and future portfolio of products and services of participating organizations;
• Effective business communication and presentation;
• Sales planning and sales management;
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM);
• Integrated marketing communication;
• Effective planning and implementation of (online) promotional campaigns;
• Analysis of good practices in promotion and sales.
The training coach was a regular professor at the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo, prof. Ph.D. Almir Peštek. With the help of modern marketing techniques and the guidance of trainers, the participants tried to solve the challenges they face through the promotion of educational offers.
Certificates of participation were also awarded, which were handed to the participants by Dženita Džano - director of the DVV International Country Office for Bosnia and Herzegovina. This training was successfully completed by 12 organizers of Adult Education, which made another step towards increasing their competitiveness and skills in Sarajevo Canton.
